Not only is the Seoul Metro full of homeless people but it is worth mentioning that cost of fares in the Seoul metro are at least 20 times higher than the Pyongyang Metro ! Who can say that Juche socialism does not make sense and who can say that Juche socialism is not superior to south Korean puppet capitalism !
