In Last Days of Great Life

Leader Kim Jong Il was a benevolent father who devoted his all to the people even in the last period of his life.
On October 15, Juche 100(2011) he gave field guidance to the newly built Hana Music Information Center and Kwangbok Area Supermarket in spite of the cold weather.
At the music information base he went round different places including the multichannel music room and music e-library and acquainted himself with the construction of the center and its management and operation.
After looking round it for a long time he posed for a photograph together with officials and other employees there.
Though feeling unwell himself, he was concerned about the health of women employees.
He suggested getting their picture taken standing, not sitting on the stone stair step because it was cold and urged the cameraman to take a picture quickly so that the women employees might not catch cold.
Like this, he showed a true fatherly affection to the women employees.
That day he also visited the reconstructed Kwangbok Area Supermarket again.
Looking round the supermarket, he was very satisfied to see another shopping center for the improved people’s livelihood, saying “Though the weather is cold, I feel warm in my mind.
I feel happiest when I did something for the people. I find my happiness and joy in the people’s happiness and joy.
It is my unshakable will and determination to provide best things to the people.”
But nobody knew the remarks were his last instructions and the field guidance was his last tour.
The life of leader Kim Jong Il was a great revolutionary career filled with his affection and devotion for the people.
