The US, Main Criminal Aggravating Tensions

The US, Main Criminal Aggravating Tensions

It is none other than the US which incessantly aggravates the military tensions and invokes the nuclear war danger to the Korean Peninsula.
The US reportedly said that nuclear attack means would not be involved in the current joint military drills and their scale would shrink far less than the past.
But it is a deceit against the world public opinion. Now the US mobilized the nuclear powered submarine Columbus loaded with nukes and is openly blustering it may strike the north’s key strategic facilities.
US senator Rubio claimed that the US is now facing an unprecedented challenge, stressing the US should further step up sanctions upon the north since the latter is possessed of nukes and missiles capable of reaching the US mainland, and after 10 years, under such a development, the north would bomb the US mainland with nukes.
The US gets more frantic in anti-north confrontation, finding fault with the north’s regular rocket firing drills as a sort of “transgression” and “provocation” keying up the tensions in the peninsula and its vicinity.
The reality clearly shows that the US is the criminal who threats the peace and security of the peninsula and commits military provocations against the north.
On March 11, the People for Peace and Reunification of south Korea held the 173rd action rally for independent and peaceful reunification in front of the US embassy in Seoul to denounce the US and south Korean regimes for instigating Japan’s collective self-defensive right and ratcheting up the tensions in the peninsula, and urged them to stop at once the aggressive war drills against the north.
The US-south Korea joint war drills should be halted for they would further aggravate the peninsula’s crisis, participants there held and condemned that 4 US warships including Aegis destroyer entered on March 10 the East, West and South Seas to take part in the “Foal Eagle” drills.
They strongly urged the halt to the “Ssangryong” exercises from March 27 to April 6, asserting that the largest ever landing exercises are apparently for aggression and occupation.
It is imperative for the peace and peaceful reunification of the Korean Peninsula to terminate the US hostile policy toward the north and the joint war drills to invade it.
