On the Kenneth Bae case and people's justice

Kenneth Bae or Pae Jun Ho to use his Korean name is a capitalist businessman who was caught carrying out hostile activities against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea last year. He was not been sentenced to "hard labour " as the capitalist press assert but to compulsory labour. Bae was not a tourist but actually an owner of a tour company. Bae  admitted to working to overthrow the socialist system of the DPRK and was found guilty by the Supreme Court of the DPRK.
Bae is a class enemy of the Korean people and an agent of US imperialism who schemed to break up the socialist system  There are tell tale signs of something mysterious about his case. The US authorities chose not to publicise his arrest on November 3rd and instead waited for the DPRK to make the announcement . Clearly the US did not want to draw too much attention to the case, this is normal in incidents of espionage. Throughout the period of intense hysteria in the Western media  over the DPRK's self-defensive measures  there was virtually no mention of Bae in the imperialist media. You would expect screaming headlines like " North Korea threatens war and detains US citizen " but this was not the case. Bae's tour company Nation's Tours looks like a mysterious and shadowy outfit operating out of China. Now it cannot be found on the Internet. Was it really a front for something else ?.
It is only just for a socialist state to take measures to protect itself from hostile class enemies who seek to restore capitalism which would bring great misery to people. The supreme court that sentenced Bae is the highest organ of people's justice in the DPRK. It's president , judges and people's assessors are all elected by the Supreme People's Assembly (article 116 of the DPRK Socialist Constitution ) and is accountable to the Supreme Peoples Assembly of the DPRK (article 168) . Such accountability is unheard of the capitalist countries. In many capitalist countries judges come from a narrow and exclusive section of the ruling class. Thus the sentence carried out on Bae
is real people's justice.
