The chairman of the organization proceeded in explaining that it was Kim Jong Il who, for the first time, during the period of his revolutionary practice, formulated the Songun Politics to the level of fundamental policy of socialism, in a time when the U.S. imperialists and its lackeys were intensifying its aggresive maneuvers to overthrow socialism in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. Finally, he expressed that the demise of leader Kim Jong Il was, for the Korean people, the loss of that one who was its first leadership during the most difficult times of the Korean revolution. For the Brasilian and other world's communists, his demise was the loss of that one who, since a long time ago, was the main reference in the struggle for socialism.

The General Secretary of the JISC - Brasil explained that the Songun Politics which, in a word, means giving priority to the military affairs, has made the Korean people able not only to keep the achievements of its revolution, but further provided the Koreans with a great ideological weapon to accelerate its socialist construction and develop the country to the level of great political and military power, and keep the peace in the region of the Korean Peninsula.
