Saber-rattling of U.S.-and Japan-backed S. Korean Warmongers against DPRK under Fire

Pyongyang, June 22 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the National Peace Committee of Korea (NPCK) in a statement Friday slammed the war moves and arms buildup stepped up by the south Korean authorities in collusion with the U.S. and Japan under the pretext of "provocation and threat" from the DPRK.
These war drumbeats are pushing the situation on the Korean Peninsula to the brink of an all-out war and posing a serious threat to the peace and security in the region, the statement noted, and continued:
The warlike forces claim their war moves are to cope with the "provocation and threat" from the north and that they are "annual defense exercises" but it is too cynical and sheer sophism to cover up their aggressive and provocative nature.
It was none other than the south Korean puppet group which extremely rattled the nerves of the DPRK by crying out for striking the "set targets" in the wake of perpetrating ceaseless hideous provocations against it. It is again these brazen-faced puppet forces who are raising a hue and cry over the "nuclear and missile threats from the north" though they are imploring for the extension of range of missiles to do harm to fellow countrymen and partaking of the U.S. missile defense system.
They are now zealously following the U.S. strategy for dominating Asia and the rest of the world and joining in the moves to cook up the tri-angular military alliance in a bid to shore up the pro-U.S. conservative regime isolated at home and abroad and driven to a crisis and turn the situation before the "presidential election" favorable for the conservative forces.
These reckless military moves of the south Korean authorities to tide over the ruling crisis are pushing the situation on the Korean Peninsula and the rest of Northeast Asia to the brink of a war.
The service personnel and other people of the DPRK love peace but national dignity and the sovereignty of the country are dearer to them. That is why the DPRK is further bolstering up its armed forces.
Provocateurs are fated to face a severe punishment hardly imaginable
