Korean People Called on to Hold Higher Banner of Juche

Pyongyang, November 14 (KCNA) -- The revolutionary idea, the Juche idea founded by President Kim Il Sung is the unique guiding idea of the Workers' Party of Korea and an ever-victorious banner to be upheld by the Korean people through generations, says Rodong Sinmun Sunday in a signed article.
It goes on:
Thanks to this idea the Korean people could have such strong spirit of independence as carving out their destiny by themselves, uninfluenced by such outdated ideas as sycophancy and dogma.
They defeated the U.S. and Japanese imperialists, set an example in the worldwide anti-imperialist struggle and built a socialist power--independent in politics, self-supporting in economy and self-reliant in national defense--on this land as they dynamically struggle under the uplifted banner of Juche.
The revolutionary idea, the Juche idea of the President came to shed more brilliant rays as torchlight in the era of independence under the wise leadership of
Kim Jong Il.
The revolutionary traits of the Korean people advancing under the revolutionary banner of Juche found their vivid manifestation in firmly protecting the sovereignty of the country and nation, paving a wide avenue for achieving the prosperity of the country by their own efforts and consolidating in every way the single-minded unity of the WPK and revolutionary ranks.
Only great victory is in store for the Korean revolution and eternal prosperity for the country and nation when the people advance under the uplifted banner of the Juche idea.
